Recommend me a no fill full neck mini rug

As title really, I know the views on not rugging a mini but he does suffer from sweet itch so I've been advised to get a full neck in case the midges appear after heavy rain.

He needs a 3'9 or 4'0 rug and I wanted to get the rhino but it only comes in wug ( half neck ) so won't be suitable.

All suggestions appreciated.
 
We have shetlands with sweet itch and have got lightweight rugs with necks for them.

Try dinky rugs or IV horse, we have both of these. Dinky rugs one has lasted better.
 
I've just bought a Loveson combo with no fill in 4th, it's a nice rug and fits well, it's called a Pro something and was £42
