Recommend me a saddle fitter in Somerset/North Somerset

As title really, ideally someone who will come out with a good selection of dressage saddles to try.
Also pony has a very flat back and a big shoulder so think we may be looking along the lines of cob saddles for him.

I've also had a look through other threads on here and Chris Puddy seems to be the most popular and highly recommended so I think I will give him a try.
Garretts is about 15 minutes from my yard...I have used them before, a few years ago now. But speaking to liveries and replies on here I'm not filled with confidence about using them which is a pity.
