Recommend me a whip maker

I want to buy his & hers hunt whips. -Although this sounds quite tacky, a relative wants to buy us something as a joint 30th B'day present that we'll have for yrs. Neither of us have hunting whips, so this seems the best idea as a present.

I want to get them engraved too.

Who would you recommend and why?

We have a reasonable budget, but not obscene.

There is guy selling on ebay who is a local craftsman, rather than well known "name" but I have seen them and they are lovely. He will make to spec, I notice at minute he's selling some in kangeroo leather... but also got one in a more conventional look
