recommend technical / fleece style tops?

I’m in need of a couple of new warm tops now the cold weather is here. I dont like bulky, prefer the technical fabric style that you can layer if necessary. Problem is finding things that are hard wearing nowadays! I have an ariat one that hasn’t last 5 minutes before going all bobbly.

I got a couple of nice ones from M&S - look in the thermal department. One was a sports base layer with zip neck.

I use mountain warehouse base layers and fleeces.

I've got a noble outfitters cowl neck technical top which I absolutely love (apart from the colour) it seems lightweight and I didn't think I'd still be wearing it in winter but it's still my favourite riding top.

For very cold days I can put an M&S thermal long sleeve top on underneath. Really comfortable even if I get a bit hot & sweaty in lessons. it's a longer length so very flattering. They've now introduced a warmer fleecy version but I think the regular version, and layers as necessary is something you can wear all year round.

I've asked Santa for another one for Christmas
