Recommendadtions for taking your horse on holiday?

A friend and I would like to go away with the horses and preferably do a long ride with stop offs in a different B&B every night- I saw one on countryfile but can't even remember where it was. I've googled it and they all seem to be to stay in same place for a week which is not what we are looking for.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I'm taking mine to the IOW for the first time in June.

There seem to be a selection of very reasonable B&B's with a paddock and/or stables close to bridlepaths and various circular routes. Alternatively, there's a livery yard there that will do full holiday livery.
