Recommendations - Driving School - East Midlands

Hi all,

I'd love to learn to drive. Can anyone recommend a trainer in pref East Midlands? Residential or to travel to - Not looking to train my lad - just me intially so obviously need somewhere used to beginners and with steady neddies.

Bennington Carriages are in Nottinghamshire, they do training. They are Nottinghamshire based, in the Newark Grantham type direction. I don't know them from a driving persective but I used to go and buy simple systems food a few years ago from there and they always seemed very helpful, friendly and amenable with me. I'd like to take youngster there but other funding priorities at the moment. If you near google them and could go pop over and see what you think. They have a shop which from what I remember stocks the driving kit and I think wrought iron stuff they make like tables and stuff.

Horse and carriage company do lessons. Sutton Bonnington area close to the university there.
Taught my friend to drive.
