Could people give me recommendations on companies you have used to build a new arena from scratch.
We have masses of room so looking at least 70 x30 We can jump as well as have a long arena this way
I haven't even put planning in yet as want to get guidance on what the experts think is the best way forward.
We have no intention on doing anything ourselves so want a company that will project manage the whole process without a 100k price tag.
We are in East Anglia with very poor drainage so absolutely critical we get it right.
Thanks in anticipation

Have a look at Chapelstone. They cover East Anglia. I regularly ride on one of their arenas with my old boy who is quite fussy about the surface due to a bit of arthritis and he goes very well on it. Good build quality too.

Don't know any companies now but make sure that you put a penalty clause in the contract - The penalty clause protects you from the company taking ages and ages to complete. If not completed by the promised date then the company has to keep reducing your bill. I advised a friend to have this added in her contract and the contractors were there till 10pm on the expected date of completion finishing her arena. If the company is to be trusted they won't object to the penalty clause which is a standard clause for the majority of building contractors.

Hi I can't advise on companies but pm me and I'll tell you who not to use. However, don't scrimp on drainage or surface, gates and fences etc can be replaced but if you get poor drainage and a poor surface, then you're scuppered. If you are using sand, make sure they give you a sample and confirm it's suitability in writing.
