Recommendations for breeches for short people?

I'm really short, just 5', which means that most breeches come down to my ankles, making the velcro fastening really bulky under my boots.

Any recommendations for supplieers of short-people breeches (I'm a size 14, so need adults )

I'm 5ft and have the same problem. I have some TEK ones and they seem ok, not perfect but about there. However I have Fulla Fillies riding boots and they have a lot of room.

I'm 5'1" and just got a pair of Ariat Performer breeches - they don't have Velcro but instead have thin stretchy fabric below the calf and they are the perfect length.

I have Whitaker ones, they are still a bit long but better than most!
What about some of the Jeffries breeches? They are elasticated at the bottom to fit well under boots so even if they're a bit long might be ok?
