maybe a bit far but deben valley equine practice are excellent, dont think my farrier is taking on new people though, will try and have a think of some others

Chapelfield Vets at Long Stratton. Chris is a fantastic vet - he is a specialist equine orthopaedic surgeon and they are specliatist equine vets. Can't recomment them highly enough.
John Blake is a master farrier and is resident farrier at the ILPH at snetterton. Any farrier he has trained is pretty good - best to give him a call and ask if he can recommend anyone. My farrier, Jonathon Cane, trained with him and is excellent and the best farrier I have ever had - not sure he is taking on any more customers though.
