Recommendations for livery yards - Tiptree area, Essex

Any recommendations? I don't know this area that well but my partner has his horses here and it makes sense for me to have mine close by. Any recommendations/places to avoid? Thanks

There's a lovely lady in tiptree that I've been to on clinics who does livery, pm me if you want more info?
