Recommendations..people who back young horses..

Anyone got any recommendations for people who back/bring on young horses?

I will be looking for someone next spring and would like to start researching now.

I am in Herts and wouldn't want to go too far but would for the right person.

A friend of mine was planning on doing it with me, but looks like she's moving abroad and I want Phoenix backed professionally.
