Does anyone know of a good yard for breaking an ASBO warmblood with attitude? My friend has a 3 year old that needs to be started off however he is a real ASBO horse and will definitely need someone with heaps of experience to break him. Any ideas please?

Robbie Haag at Framsden (Suffolk) (between Framlingham and A140) is excellent. I know several people who have sent their youngsters with attitude there. He charges approx £25 per day I think. He gets them all hacking out as well.

Thank guys, this is for a friend so I shall pass on all your recommendations.

Barry Dove in Kent is excellent. I had a youngster that I did EVERYTHING with down to long reining adn leaning over but the minute you popped your leg over or started to walk with him he broncoed like a good 'un. Impossible to sit to. I sent him to a yard first of all but they had him for 2 weeks and got no further. Sent him to Barry Dove knowing nothing about him or his techniques and I was up there riding my horse the following weekend. Never looked back! P.S. He does it quietly and kindly too. I watched, I saw, I learnt!
