Recommended Sarcoid Supplement?

Just to preface, my 3yo filly has just had 6 verrucous sarcoids removed via laser and a further 10 scarified with said laser. She's recovering well and having them attended to three times a day, and the vet is out for a checkup on monday.
I've asked him if he'd recommend any kind of immune system boosting supplement to possibly help ward off future sarcoids (although there is of course no guarantee of this!). He wasn't too convinced any of them really worked, but said if I wanted to give them a go then it shouldn't cause any harm. The way I see it, if it does no harm, and has a slim chance of helping, then hey, it's just money so might as well try it!

So, with that preamble out of the way, are there any recommendations for supplements that people feel have or may have helped contribute to the removal/prevention of sarcoids?

Okay, so here's what I'm finding so far, jotting it down mostly for the sake of not getting jumbled up!

Sarvoid: Micronised whole linseed, Astragalus root powder, Turmeric, Burdock root, Clivers, Bioperine

Global Herbs Sarc-X: Holy Basil, Winter Cherry, Amla, Makoi, Creat, Gale of the Wind, Mango, Guduchi, Boerhaavia Diffusa, Herbal Extracts

Power Against Sar-X: Green Clay BP, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Digestion Ease (Probiotics and Plant Enzymes), Optimal Horse (Blend of Vits and Mins)

Thuja Tablets: Thuja (I'm not convinced on these, but noting them down as several people have recommended them)

Those are the only ones I'm coming across, ingredients in blue are ones already being fed anyway (Turmeric, Linseed and a Mineral Balancer).
Whilst it may be sheer coincidence, I didn't notice any sarcoids until a couple months after I stopped feeding the Turmeric in an effort to cut down on the amount of various supplements I was giving my two. So figured it wouldn't harm to start feeding that again, and the micronized linseed was being added anyway to help support the skin as the bleddy thing has sweetitch too (diagnosed via intradermal skin testing at the vets, it's been one of those years!).

I'm admittedly leaning towards the Sarc-X, but I don't know if that's just because I'm being dazzled by the number of ingredients. The Power Against Sar-x is probably the most economical to feed, but the sceptic side of me is going 'Would clay and fenugreek really make any difference?'. Gah, no doubt I'm going to be stewing over this for a few days, I want to give them a chance, but I'm so darn sceptical

I'm not convinced that any work to be honest - I'm with your vet. However, their merit is that owners feel that they are loving and supporting their horse through this and this is important and should not be belittled.

We had a horse on loan that arrived with a few sarcoids. Not huge but about a 5p size. They weren’t anywhere where they were going to cause trouble so we just started feeding turmeric. Within a few months they had completely gone and have never seen another one since. Could be a coincidence but she’s never had treatment for them and the vet was astonished!

I was a bit skeptical of supplements for this and my boy is starting to get quite a few now on the insides of his legs so I thought I would give a supplement a go and I have been using Global Herbs Sarc-Ex and honestly the results are amazing! The sarcoids have started shrinking I honestly couldn't believe my eyes, safe to say he will be staying on this supplement now

I've gone with the Global Herbs Sarc-X for now, as well as continuing with the turmeric and linseed.
Like Hack4Fun says, whether they really work is questionable, but it certainly makes me feel less useless haha

My youngster had a small round hairless lump come up on her face. It was only very small and never grew, but I believe it to be a sarcoid. Started feeding turmeric and within weeks it burst and dropped off leaving no mark and has now totally disappeared! Could be coincidence but worth a try?

I know I'll get slated by some but I really couldnt care. I did this and my horses sarcoid disappeared and has not done anything at all since (3 years ago now); Im a believer of leave them alone if they're not causing any problems but her one sarcoid got irritated by flies one summer, I mixed a pot of sudocrem with turmeric and slathered it on twice a day. She was also fed golden paste daily (turmeric, coconut oil and pepper - you can google the recipe). Very quickly the sarcoid healed up and shrunk right back so I can only just feel a slight rise there now. That was 3 years ago and its not changed since. People slag off turmeric, but in this case I absolutely believe it worked. No harm in trying it and a lot cheaper than the various supplements which I dont believe have any scientific evidence as such (not the off the shelf stuff).
