Hi, I am looking round to buy a new pair of travelling boots. Both my horses don't have chunky legs and are about 16.1 heightwise.
I have a pair of the newer type with 3 big velcro staps and "plastic" round the bottoms. They are useless (better not mention the make!) and continually fall down, so I have been putting them on IN the lorry as they fall down if the horses walk in them.. I have an ancient pair of Woof boots with plenty of straps and no "plastic" and they do the job fine still but need another pair as normally travel both horses at the same time.
I use a lot of Eskadron boots for various things and think they sell travelling boots but having trouble finding a stockist on the net. Does anyone have any knowledge of Eskadron travel boots? or can recommend good travelling boots for horses that are probably bigger than cob size but don't have huge/ heavy legs? The horses are both competition horses so are travelled regularly. Thanks.
