Red light therapy / Photizo

Just asking for opinions, has anyone used it and what are your opinions?
Do you think it’s worth the money and have you notice much difference?

also what have you used it for? I have spoken to the company in depth but would like to know independent views.

A friend of mine swears by red light therapy...she went to the USA for training and to buy her equipment. I used it on my very ill mare 4 years ago to try to relieve pain and discomfort and she did seem to relax and enjoy it but to be fair she was very ill and couldn’t be saved. Friend used it on scar tissue on herself and said it reduced swelling and stiffness.

There are a few threads on this if you search red light or red laser.

I have used it twice on filling resulting from nasty kick injuries. I could tell the next day if I had missed the session the night before.

Luckily, I'm married to an electronic engineer who made mine for me from diodes bought from Ebay, so I can't comment on cost effectiveness.
