Has anyone ordered Agrobs through Red Rufus recently?

I've placed a few orders and had no problems (albeit a bit slow perhaps but with Brexit/CV its understandable) but I placed an order early - mid September and it's not turned up and had no communication.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similiar issues?

Yes there was a thread on here the other day, there have been delays. Mine took just over 3 weeks. It is worth emailing them as I found they did respond.

Yes I started a thread the other day, I ordered 30th of August and it arrived on Thursday last week (24th) they say they are short staffed due to covid, I sent several emails and not all were responded to, worth giving them a shout as they were very helpful when I said I was almost out of feed and needed to know if I'd need to get from elsewhere and they got it sent out the same day.

This seems to be a general trend with them. I need continuity of supply so had to abandon them (and horse changed her mind and went off the feed very early on when tried)

Same here. My local feed store had issues getting deliveries so they no longer stock it, and ordering online was becoming too risky so I have stopped feeding Agrobs.

Thanks everyone :)

I missed the thread a couple of weeks ago. It's been trying times, so can understand delays - he seems to really like the feed and eats his medication which was my biggest issue with previous feed.

He's got a little bit left & have emailed so hopefully it won't be too long to wait.

Next time, I'll order two bags at a time or further in advance to be mindful. MrMM will just need to clear some shed space ?

Sadly this company are about to lose another customer.
Great Product and they seem like nice people.
But paying over £250 on the day up the order is placed with an estimated delivery time of 10 days and then 3 weeks later not being able to contact anyone to get an update on my order (or request a refund so I can go and buy feed elsewhere) is not acceptable customer service.
I would not recommend them to anyone and won’t be using again.

Sorry, to hear this but doesn't surprise me after my recent experience. Shame, as I genuinely think they might just be struggling post Covid & Brexit as they'd been fine until recently.

I emailed them last week for advice on Agrobs feeds but have yet to receive a reply. Having re-read this thread I'm afraid to say that I definitely won't be placing an order given their delivery delays and poor customer service.

After their truly shocking response insinuating I am a liar when I contacted them about stones in their chaff, I won't deal with this company again.

Oh heck ?. That was an appalling and very unprofessional response from RR.

I found a 6" length of sturdy fencing wire in a bag of Agrobs aspero a few months ago. I contacted Equi supermarket, who I'd bought it from, and they immediately offered me a refund or a replacement. I took the replacement.
