I am going to replace some Tornado horse fence, I was so pleased when this first went up but it has bent where the horses have leant on it (not over it, it's topped with electric), and it has actually gone into holes in places where it's been kicked, so I have changed my mind on it!
I'd love the diamond mesh type of fence but simply can't afford it, so have been looking at this fence. They say it is rigid, no climb, to quote the brochure ' prevents horses stepping through, walking down, or getting over. Plus it flexes on impact preventing injury etc'.
Personally I'd say no fence prevents a horse getting over unless it is very very high, they can jump it
But I want a fence that can take the impact of a foal at full pelt who fails to remember the fence is there, so that it'd bounce off it, and not damage itself or have the fence go saggy.
Has anyone ever used this fence, or had any dealings with it?
