Reducing static electricity in Snuggy Hoods?!

Hi,

Please does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the static electricity that you get when you remove a Snuggy Hood that has been on a horse for a few hours?!

I always find that if you pull it off then let it touch straight to the ground you seem to loose the static. I've never had a shock with a horse since doing that!

i always use fabric conditioner and never have this problem.
(regular hood user cos of SI )

i never use one so never have the problem. an up neck rug should suffice in most situations?? otherwise i would suggest you hold onto something that earths you as you remove ...
