Reflectives - what is the difference?

Sorry quite a silly question.
I was browsing through ebay for some new reflective gear and i was wondering what the difference is between the 'highlite' and the 'limelite' ranges, as they both look the same in the photos - both in colour and 'brightness'.

And which would you prefer to use and any reasons for that choice.

One works better at night, the limelite I think, but the highlite is reflective to show up through the day and when it is dull
