Thumbs up for Premier Equine. I ordered one of their Buster Trio Complete Systems today and added a note asking for next day delivery if possible. Half an hour later I get a phone call from them explaining the liners are out of stock and giving me all the various options available - opted to have the rug and neck cover delivered tomorrow with the rest to follow. No, I am in no way connected to the company, just a very impressed customer who is tired of receiving part orders and very pleased when someone bothers to contact me and ask me what I'd like to do in the event of things being out of stock. They make damn good rugs too!
 
I've had the same experience with them. Ordered a rug from them, turned up the next day, as usual from PE. Put it on the horse and thought it was a little but snug, but didn't think any more about it, until, when I was taking the rug off next morning, noticed that, even though all the packaging was a 6ft, the rug itself was a 5.9ft. Was a little bit cross because I thought that I would never be able to swap it as the horse has worn it all night. Tries ringing them, just in case they could do something about it - yes of course we'll take it back - no postage costs. Or, if you want to keep that one, we'll send you a 6ft one out at half price. Even though my other horse certainly didn't need anther rug, she is a 5.9 so she got that one and I had another one at half price which turned up at 9am the next morning!
 
Blimey, that is good gryff! Okay, so they've had an extra "half" sale but they gave you a choice, you're happy with the outcome and that's what counts.
