Refunds on BDWP

What should refunds from BDWP come under on your bank statement? I thought www.bdwp.co.uk like when charged?

I am asking this because my mum and I have entered a number of events between us for our two horses which have cancelled this year and really can not see them on our bank statements? and really starting to worry where the money has gone??

This is from way back and not from ones that have cancelled in recent weeks.... I have contacted BDWP but am waiting for a reply...

I think they usually come back as BDWP but will check for you

hopefully sorted! Just need one refund from upton after we pulled out due to the horse having a virus. A refund less £10 was agreed.
