Refunds with vets cert (BE)

Just wondered what your past experiences were and if you have received a refund.

Have had to unfortunately withdraw Connor from Little Downham on Sunday as he received a bad kick yesterday and is still at the vets. So fingers crossed everything is ok as havent heard from them yet

I have emailed the sec to say about him withdrawing today withdrawal date was yesterday, and the vets have said they will give me a cert to say he can not compete at the weekend, what do you think my chances are of a full/part refund? Chances slim probably!

So hope he is ok, was just starting to make progress with the water and his schooling then this happens!! Means he will be going straight in at PN level for the PAVO at Stratford, should be ok though hopefully as I schooled him round that course a few weeks ago.
 
Yes I have emailed Jacquie so will wait and see!!

I know tell me about it! Going to see if I can get a refund on my day tickets as I have paid for 3 now and I wont be using any! Then I have registerred him for half a year from July which should be fine.

Just run his owner and she is fine she may have something else I can take to Stratford but it needs to have been vaccinated!! As hers go different jockeys they sometimes dont have vaccinations
 
Poor You, you can only get a refund on Day Tickets - less admin fee, with a vets note. Which is why I used to buy them one at a time
 
I will wait and see if I cant do Stratford first - very unlikely!! And then email someone I know at BE and send the vets cert and should get a refund for them which will be cool. Poor pony.

Hopefully I will get to use his half year registration!!
