I am doing this because I have become aware of the truth behind it and whilst I will be very guarded on what I say to anyone for legal reasons, I will answer basic questions by PM if anyone wants to ask.

In short, my advice is leave it be and importantly, don't make any donations. I won't discuss this in public.

Sorry to be cryptic, but I have no choice and I hope my time and contribution to the forum will help you trust that when I say we have not been told the truth, I am being 100% honest.

No need to PM now....he has said publicly on the other forum that whilst he is taking the RSPCA to court, they have also brought charges against him, so he is the defendant in that case, despite repeatedly saying that he has never been questioned or charged.

They are his words, not mine. Charges have been brought against him by the RSPCA.

My only concern has been that money raised (whoever kicked that off is irrelevant as the money was accepted and is linked to the OP's email address) is going all or in part towards the defence of someone facing charges by the RSPCA. They don't charge people with stealing a milky way from the corner shop now do they!

I believe the RSPCA need to answer for the death of the dog, but the rest I will await the headlines with the rest of you.

_GG_ as its been stated to you before Not one single penny that was donated will be used to pay for a solicitor to defend me against any offence they charge me with !! every penny and more has been paid to take legal action against the rspca for the death of my sons dog , ill say it so it sinks in I have never been questioned regarding dog fighting or badger bating , Since getting a court date to take them to court the rspca have charged me with causing my sons dog pain and suffering , Now they did a full examination of the dog on the day they took her and found no fault ( the puncture mark was done while they started to search its all on there video they have not mentioned it since ) the charge relates to some infection they claim to have found during the autopsy ( the body was returned skinned and decapitated with most of her organs and pups removed ) the charge came after we took legal action and got a court date , would you like a copy of the bill that has been paid for the legal action so far ??

…….., Now they did a full examination of the dog on the day they took her and found no fault ( the puncture mark was done while they started to search its all on there video they have not mentioned it since ) the charge relates to some infection they claim to have found during the autopsy ……..

Just as an observation, and a point which your defence may find of use; Any qualified and unbiased canine Vet would assure the court that firstly, a uterine infection in a pregnant and late term bitch wouldn't be unexpected, and secondly, that it probably wouldn't be detected, except by PM. If those are the only charges, then I suspect that the rspca are rather clutching at straws, and not for the first time.

Alec.
