Regent long leather boots, zip probs!

Hopefully u guys might be able to help me, I have a pair of Regent Long Leather Grafton boots which have hardly been used but the zip at the ankle has come of the runners. Does anyone know of the company I should return them to? They have hardly been used, do you think they will help?
