Hello

I'm thinking of getting a pair of these boots for all round riding and the odd prelim dressage test - they look nice enough on the web - as I will have to order them onilne, but wondered if any had a pair and what they were like? Im after and good smart pair of leather boots - black - they must have substantial support as I have arthritis in the ankes - any recomendations wouldbe great - I need a cheap pair of boots to see me through as my beloved sergio grassoa got eaten by a friends dog (heartbroken) looking to spend no more than 120 quid - many thanks !!

Tried a pair of the Pro-Rustler Ranch Riders on, liked the look of them and they seemed to be well made but unfortunately were too short in the leg for me.
Ended up with Moutain Horse High Riders which I'm pleased with.

I bought a pair of these last year, and like them so much I instantly bought another pair in the other colour. They are really good value, and fit me really well as I have really skinny lower legs and long feet (sadly the rest of me isn't so skinny!). The measuring charts in the catalogues are very accurate, so get out your tape measure before you order. I am going to get another pair to stick under the bed in case they do something silly like stop making them.

I've got a very cheap pair of long leather boots made by Gallop, they have worn in nicely and look like the mountain horse ones, they were only about £60 inc postage - pm me if you want more details
