registering prefixes and applying for passport

Hi,
I am applying for a prefix so I can register my youngster with her relevant society. I have got all the paperwork for the prefix all filled in but have not yet completed the passport paperwork as I am not sure whether I have to enter my prefix on the name section on the passport paperwork. Do you enter the prefix on the passport paperwork or is it automatically done when I register my horse with her society? Hope that makes sense....

I take it that you have applied to the central prefix register? A word of warning, I thought that once I had paid for my prefix and registered it, that was that. But, no, you have to pay again for certain breed societies. ie SHB(GB). Bit of a ripoff IMO. When you fill in the passport, put your prefix on in front of the name.
