Regumate

For those of you using Regumate... do you reduce dosage gradually with a view to taking mare off over winter and if so how do you go about it?

vet told me just to stop it when I took mare off it. I waited for it to be colder and noticeably darker first though. Mare continued to have her crazy seasons and had to go back on it.

Thanks Thistle. I suspect our girl will go much the same but want to give it at least a chance to get out of her system. Think will try from November and if need be put her back on it for the sake of her and our sanity!
