I'm off to collect my mare from Newmarket today. She's had surgery on both back legs for suspensory ligament damage. She's on two weeks box rest then I can start walking her every day.
Has anyone had experience of the post op reconditioning procedure and got any tips? I've never done this before and am almost scared to let her move!!
