Currently in the abstract but a small chance it may become reality.... interested in successes and failures with correcting a negative palmer angle in a front foot. Is it just a case of barefoot, good diet, managed exercise = success or are some horses untreatable?

If your on Facebook progressive equine have some good posts on it- he uses formahoof a lot with a slight wedge which is interesting given the general consideration that’s wedges are bad

yeah I rehabbed a lame navicular horse with collapsed heels thanks to brilliant advice on her on barefoot stuff and a good farrier

Yep and The Equine Documentalist, who is UK (south coast) but offers consultations on photos or xrays. I think barefoot can sometimes be tricky for this issue, I'm a big fan I really am, but for NPA you don't have many options for correcting it. I would also want to proceed carefully, looking at the postural issues that will have formed alongside, correct one thing and other wheels can fall off. And yes, negative NPA can mean soft tissue damage in said digit.

Thanks everyone, not going ahead with the project for other reasons (horse wouldn't have been able to live with my mare), but interesting all the same!
