Just wondering if anyone can recommend any rehab/therapy places (preferably in the midlands).

I would ideally like somewhere with an aquatreadmill and either a horsewalker or normal treadmill. (These are essential, as the horse needs to be built up, doesnt need a spa!)

Visiting specialists massage etc would also be required.

Thanks!

I went to our vets client evening at Hartpury Therapy centre last night - they have a treadmill and a water treadmill if that is what you are after.

Not sure on turn out though but that may not be relevant if yours is on box rest anyway.

Cheers for the suggestions. Flawborough would have been my first choice as it's very local to me; unfortunatly they don't appear to have the aqua treadmill that I think will be of benefit to my horse, just the spa.

I am sure a spa would be of some benefit, however, I want something that will build up muscles, as this is something that needs to be monitered.

Beaverhall in Staffordshire. First quality care, do exactly as instructed by physio/vet/owner, they have a horsewalker & roundpen. YOs & staff are professional & friendly. I highly recommend.
