Relocate - Aberdeenshire to Highlands?

Has anyone gone from Aberdeenshire to Highlands? I have been told its very difficult to get a job etc is this the case?

Love it up that way especially the more rural areas!

Depends what sort of job you are looking for and which part of the Highlands.
There are plenty of jobs in Inverness, fewer in Sutherland!
