Remind me - you don't need to plait for Autumn hunting, right?

Is it ok not to plait for autumn hunting?

Horse is not clipped out yet. TB type, if that makes a difference.

Seems like an age ago that I last went out hunting and I've forgotten. Hoping to go out for the first time this Saturday. That is, assuming horse doesn't pull a shoe, throw her (BRAND NEW) saddle in a bucket of water, and other sundry acts designed to stop her from being ridden!

Am sure the answer is somewhere amongst these learned pages, but hoping it will be quicker to ask again :) Thanks peeps.

No you dont need to plait.

Add to your list 'Lorry not wanting to go into gear when horse is loaded and ready to go at 5.45am'!

Thanks.

I can imagine! Most people breathe a sigh of relief when it's over, mine is when I just get on before we've even started. Mind you, I then won't breathe again til it's over I reckon!
