If you are on BBC One, press the Red button on your remote, the top highlighted option if selected should take you to correct channel. BUT it will not do this until coverage starts

Or you can just go to channel 301 on most freeview TVs

No, when you press the red button and the menu comes up, the top option already highlighted in red should be olympia and its started
