Thanks

My wife trains with her and was part of her dressage to music demo team at YHL (little chestnut).
She knows her stuff and does change her teaching style to suit the individual.

Did you see the demos at YHL by any chance?

Ive heard great things.
I was told about going to her (really to far for me

) but she trains Nigel Taylor and reguarly goes over to Aston le Walls

I started training with her earlier this year, and I really like her. More importantly, my marks have been going up, and we recently won an Elementary winter qualifier with 72% and got our ticket to the regionals - so, she must be doing something right!

She gets a good balance between telling it straight when you do something wrong, and praising you when you get it right. I do leave the lessons feeling like we've really achieved something, and I can actually ride, which is half the battle, isn't it!

She doesn't bombard you with information either, but what she says is to the point, and works.

I would highly recommend her.

I've also had lessons in the past with Beverley.... in fact it was quite a while ago now..... Very good teacher, straight and to the point, without being fierce..... but she gets the results which is what matters to both parties!

I know by reputation that she is meant to be very good. She bought a grey (this is years ago now) called Arlequin that I used to look after before he was sold. I was always so chuffed to see Beverly with him in H&H when they won stuff, because she was always quoted saying something lovely about him and I used to think what a lovely home he'd gone to

[/ QUOTE ] I saw it. Your wife did a great job and I remember being struck by the lovely smile she gave to the audience before she went off

Oh I am so pleased!!! I worked at Broadstone and he was one of mine to groom/look after - they gave me a framed piccy of him when I left cos he was my fave. He used to do a very good line in hugs - resting his head on your shoulder. Please give him a big pat from me if you see him!
