Removing Knee block and replacing...

Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to remove knee blocks on a saddle (it's a working hunter saddle with a forward cut flap stitched on top with a knee block in completely the wrong place) and replaced with Velcro so I can put blocks where I like? Got saddler coming next week but keen to know how much and how long it would take.

Pics. Basically flap with knee rolls is just that - a flap sewn on so I either want it replaced with a better knee roll that actually connects with my knee!! or Velcro so I can put a moveable knee roll on.

Saddlers do vary quite considerably from area to area but I would charge 25-30 quid for that.
