Rental costs for a Yard of 6, 10 or 16 boxes with facilities?

Does anyone have any experience of ideas of the sort of cost to rent a Yard as above?

The yard has a menage, gallop and grazing as well as a 4 horse walker. There is also mobile home accomodation if required. The stables are all internal, 6 of them are in a separate barn and are new Monarch boxes. There is lockable feed and tack rooms too. It would be suitable for a variety of uses and is in a quiet safe area but very accessible to good roads.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome please!

Location will be the biggest factor. Also do you pay water/electricity or does the landlord add it into the rent? Business rates? Do you do maintenance or does the landlord?

A sought after area with the above inc then you could be around the £40-£50 pw per box mark.

If a good area, with good travel links then you'll be looking at around £30 - £40 per stable per week It also depends on the quality of the facilities, etc. If it was an Indoor arena you'd be looking at £45 - £55.

And again, like above, depends on if business rates, etc are included in rent or not.
