My equestrian property has been on the market since March and I'm now considering renting it out in the meantime until the market is better. It's 4-bedroomed detached cottage with 5 acres of good grazing and block of six stables with power, water, etc. Quiet hacking. In the Scottish Borders (15 mins from A1).

Any idea about what something like this would be to rent per month? I'd rent it out unfurnished.

A friend of mine has rented two different equestrian properties (not in that area) and both of those have been around the £1250 mark so I'd agree with Mimi, also agree with looking at zoopla/rightmove to see if there are others in the area and what they went for.

One property was a 4 bed detached house with 7 acres, a sand school (small only about 15mx25m), 5 stables, tack room and feed room. The other is a 3 bed farmhouse with a 40x40 arena, 15 ish acres (not good grazing though), barn with 9 stables, feed room and tack room.
