renting a paddock

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate some advice on the current market for renting out a paddock for 2 to 3 horses in the New Forest. It has a field shelter and mains water and opens directly onto the forest in the Brockenhurst area. It is in excellent condition and in prime location. What would it be per horse per week? or would it be priced as a paddock? I am just unsure of the current price for this area of the New Forest and would really appreciate any knowledge. I'm not from your neck of the woods but do rent out a small yard and land. My only advice to you is if you rent out the paddock as a whole don't forget to put a maximum no of horses allowed on there at any one time. Some tenants just do not look after land they don't own and would happily " pile em in and stack em high" to get their monies worth! From experience unless you get someone really committed to looking after the grazing you'd be wise to carry on the maintenance of the paddock yourself.
