Renting a yard? How much?

I'm just curious how much you think you could rent the following yard for-

30 brand new american barn stables, 60 x 40 floodlit arena, secure tack room, rug room, wash room, solarium, feed room, 3 other barns for storage, car park, 60 acres of grazing and miles of off road riding.

So how much per year?

Is there a house too?

Not sure of the area but I'd say about £30,000 - £40,000 pa

Well there is a house on site but it wouldn't be available for rent.

Location is South Warwickshire, 10 minutes from M40 junction 14, but is in the middle of the countryside, just has good access.

Yes I'd say about the same as BH.

Bout £4000 a month???

However, I used to lease a farm, 70acres, 27 stables, 3 foaling box's, outdoor menage, lunging pen and x - country course and a 2 bed flat for £800 a month as I used to house sit and look after his two dogs and cat for my landlord as he used the place as a holiday home. But it was probably worth about £3000 a month I suppose!

based on what i pay to rent my yard - i would agree with BH - 30 - 40 k per year. but other factors would come into play such as in contract, whose responsible for maintence, state of repair etc etc.

Thanks guys, I was just curious just in case the livery doesn't work out (like not getting any liveries, or we just don't enjoy it) we can rent it out to prehaps a competition rider, etc.

Oh i am, but its just i had to have a back up plan for the accountant (bloody accountants, lol), Thanks though!

It had better work, i've been planning for nearly 10 years.
