renting a yard..

Does anyone here rent a yard? Without meaning to be rude how much do you pay and what do you get for your money?

Secondly how do you find them, I never see yards advertised!!

My last one was sole let of 5.5 acres, barn, concrete turnout yard, 5 stables/stalls, use of school on a farm.. It cost £474 pcm.. Hay and straw onsite, water and electric..

I found it on preloved..

They are now at home with me..

Word of mouth in my case, establishing contact with the Landlord followed by waiting for the existing tenant to leave.

£50/week for 3 stables, 3 acres.
It took me 2 years to get it.
