Since moving into the house we're in that we rent, we've had problem after problem! We've tried to get out but can't as tied into contract. We've had problems in the house the equestrian problems are:

Got 6 stables, 3 stables roofs have collapsed. Other 3 the electrics are faulty, been told they're fixing but already taken months of nagging and no repairs yet! The all weather menage floods and in winter is an ice rink!
The fields are riddled with ragwort (moved in in winter and didn't think about enquiring as presumed everyone was as consciencious as me with things like this!).
Found out a few weeks after moving in, 2 horses had died from grass sickness ten years ago from grazing on the paddocks.
The fields have very bad drainage so flood and poach very quickly!
Was told muck trailer was staying but went as we moved in so have problems with muck heap removal.

Anyone else in similar situation or been in similar situation? Or any advice??

Unfortunately i don't think you have much recourse regarding the geography/grazing - I imagine that was your responsibility as a tenant to check out, rather than the landlord to disclose.

but the condition of the stables and menage is a different issue, you're paying for these benefits so are entitled to have them in good working order. What does the agent say when you complain? They are acting for both you and the landlord, so if it's the landlord dragging their heels I'm sure there must be some action that they can take? I want to say withhold your rent until the issues are resolved, but I'm not sure where that would leave you legally. Sorry I can't be of more help.
