Renting Just a Stable Question

Being extremely nosey, does any of you on the forum just rent literally a stable? What do you pay?
I currently rent one brick stable for my horse but have to provide my own bedding, hay, water for it and it is totally DIY. I am lucky enough to have my own grazing. I get it free of charge but have to pay for electricity. I was just wondering what everyone else pays.

A good friend of mine pays £21 for just a stable!! Everything else is extra charges including grazing (pay per use), school use, lights etc. Its aso completley DIY and she loves it! I tell her she is mad every single day as i am on a yard that works out cheaper per week, is part livery with everything included and is a lot closer to her home (and is a lot nicer in my opinion !) but hey each to there own :S
