Without going into too much detail (and boring everyone) I "might" be letting out my cottage and yard in the next year. It would be a long term let (5 yrs or so). The cottage has two bedrooms and is detached although separated from the yard by approx 50 yards (house inbetweeen). The yard has 4 purpose built (3 years old) timber loose boxes 12 x 12 in a L shape with a concrete yard all wall to wall with rubber matting. There are two paddocks, one 2 acres and the other 1 acre, all post and rail. There is a starvation paddock of 40 x 40 metres also. There is a tack room 12 x 12, barn 30 x 15 (half of it could be used as a bigger stable) and electric. My neighbour (directly opposite the cottage) lets me use the sandschool ad lib for £10 a week or £5 an hour. I am situated in North Devon. Hacking is mostly lanes but we are close to the moors (30 mins drive away) and within 45 mins drive of affilliated venues. The cottage is heated by storage heaters and a multi fuel stove. Ample parking for up to 6 cars, storage shed. What would be a fair rent?

Consider yourself lucky. £600/month will get you a 1-bedroom flat here.
