Renting part of a yard- how much?

Hi im thinking of renting part of a larger yard. It would mean i would have 3 stables, tack room, and small storage shed. I would share use of the menage, and grazing. (having my own dedicated field.) The yard runs on generator power, so diesel needed, moreso in winter tho.

So how much weekly rent would be reasonable?

it sounds like a self contained DIY situation so I would price it as such - round here (Glos) it would be £25/stable/wk ie £75 - if you can negotiate them down for the convenience of only having to deal with one person etc then maybe less??
