Repair of Boa horse boots Help please.

Can any one tell me where I can get these boots repaired. I have tried myself I have purchased new laces and spool and the directions look easy. NOT !!!!!!! its driven me mad I have lost the will to live so I have given up. I just can not do it any one actually managed to put new laces in. I now have 2 pairs of boots only only one working the others are all fine but for the lace breaking. My OH tried but ended up chucking them against the wall in disgust very helpful all help much apprciated .
