My saddle has a crack/split on pommel/seat area. The whole seat panel will lead replacing. Does anyone have a rough estimate of cost for a repair?

Expensive repair, could you not live with a seat saver?
There is an economy way of doing it, which involves covering the seat and skirts with one piece of panel hide, not as expensive as a full new seat repair but still fairly costly due to labour time.
