Repeal - what are your thoughts?

Hi *waves* I just got a message on facebook asking me to sign up to support repeal...www.repeal.org.uk

What do you think? The people I hunt with dont think much has changed but the we need to scrap the Act to avoid prosecution for going about our business...what do the rest of you think?

Oh and hello by the way..

We were having similar discussions within our pack as well. Our master summed it up thus, those that tend to lean towards the everything is fine with the exemptions and legal hunting are usually the ordinary followers and subscribers. It is not they that risk arrest and trial everytime they get up to lay the trail and take the hounds out on a morning.

The law is unclear, the burden of proof has been turned upside down, how can a crime hinge on proving someone's intent to do something?

The only answer is repeal and as soon as possible.
