Is it possible? and if so how much approx would i be looking at here?

Its my friends saddle but fits my daughters pony perfectly, she had a fall and broke the tree so is looking for a new one and i just wondered if i might cheekily be able to buy the broken one and get it fixed- Its the nicest most secure feeling saddle i've ever ridden in.

I had a tree replaced under my insurance, horse turned over XC schooling and snapped the tree. The saddle was brand new. It cost £275 and went back directly to manufacturer, That was about 8 years ago so I would expect it to have gone up quite alot

if its almost brand new then i would contact the manufacturer as they should be able to fix it under the warranty. if it is an older saddle then its prob not worth replacing the tree as it is a big job. hope this helps
