Reputable barefoot trimmer nr. York

I need to find a good barefoot trimmer for mine near York - there seem to be plenty that will cover this area but have to travel quite a way, with the associated cost. Would be good to find one closer if possible?

Mine travels from Lancashire but doesn't charge mileage as she does a lot of us. She does go to york too. She is Terrin Turner, barefoot frills on Facebook I think. Gt her number if you want it?

my farrier is excellent has done mine from being 6m foal. he prob would do york im selby area

Brilliant, I had looked at barefrills but couldn't find any reviews online so wasn't sure....what does terrin charge for a trim? I'm also on the selby side of york so the farrier would work if not!

I use becky smith at holistic equine podiatry you will find her on the web, was having big problems with my paint horses feet and she's a little high cost for me but my lads feet are massively improved after 2 trims and shes a nice lady and good with the horse too

I think I know of her (does she do horse physio stuff aswell?) but I havent been able to get her website to work so assumed she wasn't in action anymore?

I think there is something wrong with her website I had trouble with it too will pm you her number she does bodywork and is also a saddle company fitter too she's a good all rounder she assess horse environment / feed etc and will discuss all your barefoot needs as holistic approach not just a trimmer

I am no far from selby and ahve Debbie Glennan a UKNHCP trimmer who Im happy to recommend. I used to use Beccy and wouldnt again.

£30 for a full trim. I couldn't believe how reasonable that is for a proper trim! She is very good, the difference in my horse is amazing.
