Reputable Horse sellers??

Dont like the word "Dealers"... but can anyone recommend Proffessionals from the horse Industry they have either bought from or had experience off, Northwest England/Scotland.. with some success?? trying to help friend find suitable mount.. preferably showing experience.. thanks!!
